Dr. Chemical Engineer Laura García Llobodanin
Dr. Laura García Llobodanin is a researcher hired at Latitud since 2018.
Graduated from the Chemical Engineering career (University of the Republic) in 2002. In 2008 she completed her European doctorate in Chemical and Process Engineering from the Universitat Rovira i Virgili (Tarragona, Spain). In 2013, he completed a postdoctoral position at the Experimental Food and Nutrition Department (Faculty of Pharmacy) of the University of São Paulo. It presents several publications in refereed scientific journals and in annals of international congresses. It also has a published book. Worked in the area of food analysis and currently participates in a project that aims to optimize the rice drying process in order to improve the performance of the production chain.
