Mariana Rodríguez, MSc. Food Eng.
MSc Mariana Rodríguez is Grade 2 researcher at LATITUD since 2017.
Mariana got her degree as Food Engineer from UdelaR (Universidad de la República) in 2010 and a Master’s Degree in Food Science and Technology from the Universidad Nacional del Litoral (Argentina) in 2015. She currently plans to register at the Universidad Nacional de La Plata (Argentina) for a PhD in Exact Sciences. In her thesis, she plans to study processes related with the dairy industry.
She has published papers in national and international peer-reviewed journals and has presented over 10 scientific papers and two oral presentations at international meetings.
2011-2012: Tester at the Food Technology Institute of the School of Chemical Engineering of the Universidad Nacional del Litoral (Argentina).
2008 – 2016: Analyst at the Farming Products Analysis Department of the Uruguayan Technology Laboratory (LATU).
